To say that Jacques benefits from a vast experience is an understatement. His 40 years of practice in labour law has taught him to cut through the chase and to strive to find the optimal solution for his clients.
What drives him
Even after all these years, Jacques is still enthused when a new mandate comes to him; knowing how to listen, analyze and move the file along has helped him win the trust of his clients and colleagues who will often use him as a sounding board.
He is particularly adept at elaborating strategies allowing for the best result for his clients. Ultimately, if a settlement is not possible, Jacques is equally at ease in front of the administrative and civil courts.
What he has accomplished
From 1976 to 2012, Jacques practised in some of the largest firms of Montréal.
During that time he was able to build a solid reputation as a negotiator and litigator for various clients such as public organizations, privately held companies, senior executives and shareholders.
In 2013, Jacques joined Savonitto and finds great pleasure in dealing with his « young » colleagues.
