An avid sports fan, Marc-André can often be found in a nearby water park. In fact, he openly admits that swimming has helped him acquire and nurture the resilience, discipline, determination, competitive spirit, and tolerance to stress which serve him well in his daily practice and allow him to provide sound advice throughout cases of various length and complexity.
Marc-André focuses his practice on rather complex cases involving, for the most part, extraordinary remedies and alternative methods of dispute settlement. As a seasoned strategic advisor, he has gained in-depth knowledge of the operational activities of businesses evolving in various industrial sectors.
Marc-André represents his clients before courts of the trial and appellate levels. He also manages several cases referred to arbitration under the provisions of the Code of civil procedure, the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITL). Last but not least, he takes charge of cases involving domestic and international mediation.
